JAM! Action

What can I do?

Many people find it hard to answer this question. Taking action can take many forms – some are more visible, some take more time, some bring short term outcomes and some may take longer. The great thing about taking any action is that it could bring about positive change for both individuals and communities. Below is a shortlist of things you could do and more ideas can be found through the work of Dr Clare Land in Decolonizing Solidarity.

1.SupportMany First Nation’s organisations need your physical and financial support. See the JAM! Donation page. For arts and culture, locally, you can check out what’s happening at Footscray Community ArtsKindred Studios or see the events at Maribyrnong Arts & Culture.
